Hello there! I’m Sarah, and I’m a twenty-something student, avid tea drinker, voracious reader (I’ll read the back of a mayonnaise jar, if there’s nothing else to read!) and newbie fitness fan.
I’m coming out of a time of feeling a bit lost, of having not been very well for a long time and I’m starting afresh. This is a place to keep track of my life as I’m living it, as I get back to healthy habits.
And a place to help me remember what I thought of the many books I read and random things I come across on the internet and IRL!
